Our last property transaction in February was our 8th with Cathy in Indian Rocks Beach. We are preparing to close on our 9th property in the next 60 days. Before working with Cathy I was beginning to think all realtors were 'hands off' these days and left you to do the majority of the work yourself, but she was the exact opposite.
